This course provides the student with the basic principles, terminology, guidelines, and tools necessary to solve graphic design problems. Students will be asked to observe, study and create graphic design solutions where principles and elements, such as aesthetics, colour and composition will be observed. The course balances between theoretical concepts and the practice of those throughout a set of problem solving activities. The students’ gained knowledge will be assessed by project assignment proposals.
